1. Referrer(有人有学习者或机构要介绍但不能在系统中)

任何人都可以参与。

Renumeration:由相关各方决定,与 Techx Academy 无关。

2. 营销人员(零售计划的一部分,并积极为 Techx 学院带来学习者

在接受培训后通过路演)

Renumeration: 400$/pax 零售项目

营销人员的角色如下:

a) 找到合适的学习者。目标市场中的学习者。即,乐于付款的公司

员工(任何年龄的新加坡人、PR 和 LTVP+)和公众的学费

是 40 岁以上可以自由来上课的新加坡人。学习者可以参与

在课堂上并通过测试。

b) 确保学习者遵守所有规则和规定。

c) 收费

一、对于个人而言,所有可用的技能未来学分必须在每次之前扣除

如果他们没有时间在第一个模块和

现金支付(如有)必须逐个模块完成。

二、对于公司,必须在年底前收取公司支票以支付款项

三、有其他安排吗?协调员或未来的协调员或营销人员有

3. 常驻营销人员(直接引进超过 2O 人但不想要的营销人员

或无法执行所有协调员角色)

Renumeration:基于他们能够执行的协调员角色。经双方同意

双方(营销人员和协调员)和永久营销人员职位只是官方的

适当的书面和签署的协议。获得销售将符合双方的最佳利益

谈判和签署过程中涉及的经理或销售总监。

如果常驻营销人员想成为协调员,他/她必须通过 OJT

过程并成功完成。

4. 营销人员转型为协调员 (OJT)

在他们的协调员的监督下,营销人员提前(以 OJT 的形式)是

4. 20 名毕业学员或至少 20 名应完成学业的直接学员

Techx 零售计划学院。

5. Techx Academy 认可、认可和任命

6. 成功完成ojt计划并获得他们的协调员、销售人员的认证

Career progression

1. Referrer (someone has learners or institutions to intro but can’t be in the system)

Can be engaged by anyone.

Renumeration: Up to the parties involved and doesn’t concern Techx Academy.

2. Marketer (Someone part of the retail program and actively bringing learners for Techx Academy

through roadshows after being trained to do so)

Renumeration: 400$/pax for the retail program

The Marketer Roles are as follows:

a) Find the right leaners. Learners in the Target Market. i.e., Corporates who are happy to pay

school fees for their employees (Singaporeans of any age, PRs and LTVP+) and public who

are Singaporeans above 40 who are free to come for classes. Learners are able to participate

in class and pass the tests.

b) make sure learners comply to all the rules and regulations.

c) Fees collection

I. For individuals, all the available skill future credit must be deducted before every

module start if they don’t have time to do one shot before the first module and the

cash payments if any has to be done module by module.

II. For companies, the company cheque must be collected for payments by the end of

the first module.

III. For any other arrangements? The coordinator or coordinator-to-be or marketer has

to come see the sales director or the highest ranking director and get their approval.

d) Display a positive and supportive attitude and be a cheerleader for Techx Academy and all

its partner.

e) Be ready to do the coordinator job as form of OJT under the supervision of the coordinator if

the marketer wants to become a coordinator as fast as possible.

f) Help Coordinators reach out to leaners when asked to.

g) Find learners from outside instead of poaching from within our organization. Those caught

poaching or trying to poach

3. Permanent Marketer (Marketer who has brought in more than 2O pax directly but don’t to want

or can’t perform all of the coordinator roles)

Renumeration: Based on the coordinator roles that they are able to perform. To be agreed upon by

both parties (marketer and coordinator) and the permanent marketer position is only official with a

proper written and signed agreement. It will be in the best interest of both parties to get the sales

manager, or the sales director involved during the negotiation and signing process.

If the permanent marketer wants to become a coordinator, he/she has to go through the OJT

process and complete it successfully.

4. Marketer in transition into a Coordinator (OJT)

the marketers stepping up early (in the form of OJT) under the supervision of their coordinators is

good for everyone. The coordinators have to teach the marketers before they delegate the work in a

bite size fashion, instead of merely abdicating the work.

It’s good for the marketers because it will prepare them earlier on and pave the way into making

them great coordinators.

It’s good for the coordinators as they will find it easier to manage their student base.

Coordinators have to explain to the marketers the entire journey from marketer to coordinator right

from the first learner that the marketers recruit.

Marketers have to decide earlier on if they want to become a coordinator and do the necessary

things to facilitate such a transition or remain as a marketer forever or whatever in between like a

co-coordinator during exceptional circumstances.

Whatever the outcome they (marketer/s and coordinator) have to meet me and sign the agreement

after the coordinator have explained the roles to the marketer/s in the presence of their sales

director.

Renumeration: Same as marketer and a bonus after successfully completing the OJT and reaching

50, 75 and 100 as a coordinator. The bonus payment will be for the first 20 pax and as its name

implies is a privilege and not an entitlement. The bonus payment will only be given to the marketer
